What began as a one-woman operation has grown into a trusted team of 20+ professional pet sitters and dog walkers serving thousands of local families and their four-legged “kids.”

Dawn is a machinist by trade and finds walking and caring for animals to be the perfect balance and peaceful break from the manufacturing world.
She has grown up with animals and has spent the past 15 years caring for her two rescue dogs — Grizzly, a 15-year-old Shorkie, and Rokki, a 7-year-old Rat Terrier/Beagle mix — both of whom have special needs.
Dawn loves helping pets stay mentally and physically enriched through walks, playtime, and attentive care.

A lifelong animal lover, Angela grew up in New Orleans with a small brown mutt named George. After Hurricane Katrina, she moved to Tennessee to be with family and later transitioned into pet sitting when her career in medical transcription evolved.
She has loved several dogs over the years, including Binx, Diamond (who lived to 17!), and Maggie, an adorable schnauzer. While she hopes to have dogs again someday, she’s grateful to spend her time loving on Waggy Tails pups.
She also teaches piano and holds a Bachelor of Music from Loyola University New Orleans.

Amanda moved to Knoxville from Topeka, Kansas in 2007 to attend the University of Tennessee and quickly fell in love with East Tennessee. She lives in Farragut with her husband, Christopher (a Maryville native), and their four busy kiddos.
Their home also includes Bella, a chocolate Lab; Charlie, a bluetick beagle; and a cornsnake named Mr. Squirmy (who somehow always chooses the bathtub!).
When she’s not working as an event and wedding planner, Amanda loves staying active and spending time with her Waggy Tails pups & kitties, making sure each one feels safe, loved, and cared for.
